Refund and Returns Policy for Blueprinting
At Blueprinting, we provide custom printing and scanning services tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
1. Non-Refundable Products
- All orders for blueprint printing, scanning, and related services are non-refundable.
- Once an order is placed and files are submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Reprints for Errors
If a printing error occurs due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect file processing or damaged prints during production), we will:
- Reprint the affected blueprints at no additional cost.
- Ship the corrected product to you promptly.
To request a reprint, please provide:
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
- A description of the issue.
- Your order number.
Reprint requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
3. Shipping Issues
Blueprinting is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping carriers. However, we will assist in resolving shipping disputes where possible.
