These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Blueprinting website and services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Blueprinting provides custom printing and scanning services for blueprints, engineering drawings, and architectural plans. All products are tailored to customer specifications.

2. Orders

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Files must be uploaded in the correct format (e.g., PDF, TIFF, etc.), as specified on our website. Incorrect file formats or errors in uploaded files are the responsibility of the customer.
Blueprinting reserves the right to decline orders that violate our policies or are deemed inappropriate.

3. Turnaround and Delivery

We offer same-day or next-day printing for most orders. Shipping times may vary based on location.
Delays caused by incorrect file submissions, payment issues, or shipping carriers are not the responsibility of Blueprinting.

4. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of placing an order will apply.
Taxes and shipping fees are calculated during checkout.

5. Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and no refunds or returns are accepted. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to a mistake on our part, we will reprint and ship the product at no additional cost. To request a reprint, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the files you upload. However, by submitting files to Blueprinting, you grant us a limited license to use the files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blueprinting is not liable for:

Errors in printed materials caused by incorrect file submissions.
Delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
Loss of data from file uploads.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
